    HOW

    IT WORKS

    Rainwater enters the drain as usual, carrying runoff from roads and urban areas into the drainage system. Once inside, the water flows into the sediment trap, where the filtration process begins. The natural movement and splashing of the water in the sediment trap create the perfect conditions for particles to be separated. The BAIONYX filter captures harmful pollutants such as microplastics and heavy metals, preventing them from escaping into the environment. Despite this advanced filtration, the drain's inlets and outlets remain unblocked, ensuring smooth water flow. Maintenance is straightforward, as the sediment trap can be emptied during regular servicing.
